2018 Winter to Spring Wine Dinners at Mac's Fish House Provincetown


Alinea. Eleven Madison Park. Pujol. Le Pigeon. Uchi. Three Star Chef. These cookbooks have inspired chefs to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the kitchen, crafting meals of unsurpassed creativity and flavor from the best seasonal ingredients.

We hope you join us at Mac's Fish House for a culinary journey inspired by these innovative works. We will release menus on as they become available.

Our first wine dinner of 2018 is inspired by James Beard Award winner Grant Achatz and the cookbook named for his famed Chicago restaurant, Alinea. Mac's will serve a 7 course dinner and wine pairing based Achatz's molecular gastronomic creations. Ticket are $100 total per person. The final ticket price includes $86.59 for food, wine and gratuity for our hard working servers, plus $13.41 in tax and Eventbrite ticketing charges.

1  Oyster roe, ginger gel, scallion strips, beer foam

2  Tuna spice-marinated and dried, then wrapped with candied grapefruit zest and sesame seeds

3  Skate butter poached and swirled with lemon, caper and parsley powders 

4  Lobster with tropical fruits, heart of palm and meyer lemon vinaigrette

Intermezzo salad

5  Bison corned bison, beets, blueberries, burning cinnamon

6 Caramel Popcorn liquified

7 Hazelnut hazelnut nougatine, carrot, raisin, melted butter
