Our chowder is thick with clams, not with flour. Being purists about it, we don't add pork, either. Leeks, thyme, and bay round out the pure, rich flavors of this New England classic.

Two choices to order:  The homemade base is delivered frozen, ready to heat with fresh cream OR we send it ready-made in a sealed bag by the gallon - just heat and serve!
