Cape Cod's favorite crostini topping: our famous rich, moist, lightly caramelized house-smoked bluefish, made into a spreadable, surprisingly light paté. Locally-caught bluefish, smoked in-house, and blended with cream cheese, fresh lemon juice, herbs, and freshly cracked black pepper. Packed in six-ounce containers. Minimum of two (2) per order.
