Mac and Alex Hay started Mac’s Seafood in 1995 with a vision and an emphasis on quality and sourcing ultra local ingredients. Today, the Mac’s family of businesses includes three fish markets, Wellfleet, Truro and our year round Eastham location, Wellfleet Pier restaurant, Mac’s Shack and a line of retail products, shipping and gift baskets.
